The Seifenfabrik Dr. Thompson's has long been well-known in Düsseldorf: an event location with industrial charm that has hosted renowned companies, weddings and cultural events for years.
With Werkraum, we now take a step further. On the same site – the historic Schwanenhöfe – we're creating a standalone premium meeting location tailored specifically to the needs of modern business events.
From September 2026, we open the doors of a location that combines architectural ambition with functional excellence.
